Presenting Voyage 1.0: 12,000 $ROUTE to Join us in our Journey Towards Interoperability
If blockchain networks are countries, then Router Protocol is for the voyagers!
At Router Protocol, all our efforts converge toward developing a truly interoperable blockchain ecosystem. To make this vision a reality, we are working tirelessly towards building an infrastructure that not just gives you the ability to swap/transfer assets across blockchain networks but also allows you to build applications that transform the cross-chain ecosystem.
But to achieve this vision, we require the support of our community of Voyagers. So it’s hardly a surprise that we want to drive our innovations in tandem with our community for a peerless cross-chain experience.
Voyagers: Traversers of different blockchain networks. A community of developers, traders, creators, investors, and Web 3.0 enthusiasts who believe that the future of DeFi is cross-chain.
Last month, we kicked things off by crowdsourcing our first-ever NFT, and now we’re proud to announce Voyage 1.0 — an exciting contest to cater to both our new and existing users with a prize pool of 12,000 $ROUTE.
Contest Details
This contest is divided into two separate parts.
Part 1: Beat the clock to get $ROUTE tokens
Step 1) Perform a cross-chain transfer/swap on Router’s swapping engine at app.routerprotocol.com.
While our UI is reasonably intuitive, do watch this short tutorial to get familiar with our product if you face any problems while carrying out a transaction.
Step 2) Once you perform a swap on Router’s swapping engine, comment on your experience on Twitter on this thread with your MetaMask address.
The first 3000 users to complete the aforementioned steps will be eligible for a reward of 3 $ROUTE each.
Part 2: Stand Out like a True Voyager
This is where the contest intensifies. The stakes are higher, but so are the rewards. In this part of the contest, we will maintain two separate rankings based on the following metrics:
- Users who have the highest trading volume on Router’s swapping engine (app.routerprotocol.com)
- Users who perform the highest number of transactions
Users who rank in the top 5 in either of the two metrics will receive rewards based on the following structure:
- Rank 1 → 500 $ROUTE
- Rank 2 → 400 $ROUTE
- Rank 3 → 300 $ROUTE
- Rank 4 → 200 $ROUTE
- Rank 5 → 100 $ROUTE
Say, if a user finishes with the highest trading volume and the third-highest transaction count, he will be eligible for 500 + 300 = 800 $ROUTE tokens in rewards.
To maintain continuous transparency, we also have a dynamic leaderboard that will track the statistics of all users and subsequently rank them based on their positions for both metrics separately.

This contest will be live from 11th May and will end on 22nd May.
Rules of Entry
The cornerstone of every contest is strict adherence to its guidelines. To be eligible for this contest you have to meet the following requirements:
- The competition entails only cross-chain swaps and transfers. Same chain swaps are not a part of this competition.
- Don’t forget to comment your experience on our Twitter handle as a reply to this tweet.
