Provide Liquidity on Blast Chain using Any Token, from Any Chain in a Single Click

We’re thrilled to unveil the latest addition to our Intent Adapters: Thruster. Built on Router Chain’s Cross-chain Intent Framework (CCIF), the Thruster Adapter makes it easier than ever to deposit liquidity on Blast Chain. No more juggling between chains and tokens — everything you need is now accessible in one smooth interface.

Unlock Thruster Credits and Blast Gold

With the Thruster Intent Adapter, you streamline your liquidity provisioning while unlocking multiple rewards. As you provide liquidity to V2 or V3 pools, you’ll earn Thruster Credits and Blast Gold. The more liquidity you provide and the longer you keep it active, the more rewards you’ll gain — encouraging long-term engagement and active participation within the Thruster ecosystem. Read about Thruster Credits here and Blast Gold here.

💡 Pro Tip: After using this Intent Adapter, you can check your accumulated Thruster Credits at Thruster Credits Dashboard.

What is Thruster?

Thruster has established itself as the largest liquidity hub on Blast Chain, serving as a go-to DEX for the top Blast-native teams and tokens. With deep integrations across the Blast ecosystem, Thruster offers liquidity providers robust tools that maximize yield capture. It’s a platform that’s built for serious liquidity providers, offering advanced features and seamless integrations with leading protocols, tokens, and liquidity providers.

The Current Process On Thruster

Despite Thruster’s advanced features, adding liquidity can be daunting if your funds are on chains other than Blast. Here’s a quick look at the challenges:

  1. Bridge Your Funds: Moving your assets to Blast Chain is the first step, but it’s often time-consuming and costly due to gas fees.
  2. Convert Your Tokens: To add liquidity through pools like USDB/BLAST, you’ll need to convert assets (e.g., ETH) from other chains into USDB and BLAST, which adds another layer of complexity.
  3. Multiple Swaps: Each token conversion requires its own transaction and approval, leading to multiple swaps and additional gas fees.
  4. Gas Fees: You’ll need ETH on Blast to cover gas fees. If you don’t have it, there’s an extra step to acquire it, adding further complexity.

These steps can be overwhelming, especially for users who aren’t deeply familiar with DeFi operations.

Introducing Router’s Intent Adapter for Thruster!

Enter Router’s Intent Adapter for Thruster — Intent that turns this complex process into a single, streamlined click. Regardless of the chain or token you hold, you can now provide liquidity on Blast Chain effortlessly. Just select your chain, token, and liquidity pair, and let Router’s Intent Adapter handle the rest.

We’ve chosen the USDB <> BLAST pair for this adapter (It is on Blast chain after all). The entire process is designed to be fast and efficient, enabling you to execute your intent in one go and start earning rewards right away.

The Thruster Intent Adapter also seamlessly integrates key features from Thruster Finance, such as the ability to add liquidity to V2 or V3 pools, view price ranges directly on our UI, and select fee tiers — all from a single interface.

V2 and V3 Liquidity Options on Thruster

V2: Select your pair, approve the tokens, and confirm. It’s straightforward and quick.

V3: Choose your pair, then set a price range (from 10% to Full range). The narrower the range, the higher the potential rewards. If your liquidity falls outside the range, you won’t earn rewards, but you can adjust by re-entering with a new range.

So how did we do this?

The Thruster adapter sequences transactions with the help of Router Nitro, allowing custom logic and transaction sequences to be embedded in cross-chain transaction flows. Once the users initiate a transaction on their chosen chain, their tokens are bridged to the Blast chain using Nitro. Then, our Intent BatchHandler contract executes all the required transactions, including swapping the bridged tokens to the tokens constituting the liquidity pair, and adding liquidity on the Thruster v2/v3 pool.

We’re just getting started with our Intent Adapters — pushing the boundaries of chain abstraction every step of the way.
